  Offline Access/Printing
EBSCO E-Books
  • Up to 60 pages of an eBook can be saved for printing or emailing per user as a PDF file from within the eBook Full Text viewer.
  • Note: The number of pages may vary depending on individual publisher-specified limits.
SpringerLink
  • Download entire books or individual chapters in PDF format for offline viewing or printing.
CARLI EBL E-Books
  • You'll find download buttons on the "Download" tab in the EBL Online Reader. E-books downloaded to personal computers are read via Adobe Digital Edtions. Patrons using iPads, iPhones or Android devices can download and read EBL content via the free Bluefire Reader app.
  • The Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions on each e-book restrict the amount of content that you can print and copy when you read an e-book online. Printing is restricted to 20% of each e-book, and copying 5%. Similar restrictions apply when you read e-books offline.
  • The EBL system manages these allowances on the fly. Remaining print/copy balances can be viewed for each e-book on the Details tab in the Online Reader. The EBL Print Screen will also tally your remaining print balance while you print.
