How do I create a persistent, or stable, link to an EBSCO eBook to use in a syllabus or Blackboard?
From an open e-book, click Permalink in the Tools menu on the right.
Use your browser's copy and paste functionality to copy the link from the Permalink that appears at the top of the page.
Why am I receiving a blank page, or a new PDF is asking to be saved each time I turn the page, when I try to view an e-book in Firefox?
If you receive a blank page, or a new PDF is opened each time you turn an e-book page, this is probably due to a setting in Adobe Reader (or your PDF reader.) To correct this, you should change your setting to open PDFs within your web browser's window. Note: Changing this setting may cause problems when viewing PDFs in Blackboard, so you may need to change it back when you are done viewing the e-book.
Why do I recive a message that says "Sorry, this eBook is in use" when I try to open an e-book.
