Fill out one of the forms below to request films to screen in class. Please note that whether the film is owned by Oesterle Library or not will determine the appropriate form to fill out. 

Make sure to indicate the date range that you intend to show the film. If we know you plan to use a title, we will pull it and put it on Reserve (with a 3 day loan period) to prevent it from being sent to other libraries.
