Known Technical Issues

This page includes descriptions of unresolved technical problems with the library's website, databases, and other online content and services. For more information, or to report a problem, please contact us.

Synergy browser compatibility problems

The Synergy database does not fully support any web browsers other than Internet Explorer and Netscape.

Users of the Synergy database (accessible via the library's Articles page) may be unable to use the database's search features. According to Synergy's publisher, Synergy supports no web browsers other than Internet Explorer and Netscape. Users of Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox will be able to browse Synergy's contents and view articles, but will most likely be unable to search the database's content.

If you are experiencing this problem, try using Internet Explorer or Netscape rather than your current web browser. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
