Film/Video Rental Request Form

Fill out the form below in order to place Oesterle Library materials on reserve at the library.

Please allow adequate processing time before announcing the availability of reserve materials to students. Materials will be placed on reserve according to the following timetable:

  1. Materials submitted 10 working days before the first day of classes will be placed on reserve by the Saturday before classes begin for the new term.
  2. Materials submitted after this date and through the first week of the term will be placed on reserve within 10 working days.
  3. Materials submitted after the first week of the term will be placed on reserve within 5 working days.

Oesterle Library will strictly adhere to all copyright laws regarding reserves. Please read the "Policies on Reserve Photocopies" in the Guide to North Central College Library Services carefully to ensure that your materials meet these requirements. Items that do not meet copyright requirements will not be placed on reserve.

All film/video rental and delivery fees are the responsibility of the requestor's department/program. With the submission of this request, the library assumes that departmental/program approvals have been obtained.
