Booster Clubs, Summer 2003 Exhibit

The Booster Clubs demonstrated their support of North Central College (called North-Western College through 1926) by organizing Booster Day (later called College Day and Cornerstone Day), a day which included activities highlighting the programs and life of the College.

 As early as 1890s, the 1870 laying of the Old Main cornerstone was celebrated annually with a Field Day, which highlighted athletic prowess by the students.
