Archives Rules For Use
Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of the collections, research must be completed in the Archives Reference Room and researchers are subject to the following rules
- No materials are to leave the Archives Reference Room. Archives staff will retrieve the requested materials and deliver them to the researcher.
- No food, drink, chewing gum, or tobacco products are permitted in the Archives Reference Room.
- Only pencils or computers may be used in the Archives Reference Room.
- No briefcases or backpacks are allowed in the Archives Reference Room.
- Researchers must not mark, fold, tear, or otherwise harm records in any way.
- The Archivist reserves the right to deny permission to photocopy if the documents are frail and/or could be permanently damaged by the procedure.
